If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

All Ishikozen stones are washed before being worked on. None are polished or buffed, in order to preserve their natural texture.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship throughout the island and to the United States.
Shipping within Puerto Rico is free, with delivery in 3–5 business days. We ship to the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate for $15.00, with delivery in 5–8 business days.
If your order totals $75 or more, shipping to the U.S. is also free.
